We are writing this letter to express our satisfaction with you through the process of selling our home.

 

Commission was a main concern of ours and we were determined to list at 4% or lower.  After speaking with you we decided to list with you at 6% even though the other Realtors were lower.  As a result, we were able to net approximately $7500 more at closing than if we would have chosen the 4% Realtor at her highest suggested sales price.

 

We were also impressed with the entire service and attention to detail.  The continual updating; the way you negotiated the contract; by making sure the inspection, termite, appraisal and loan commitment were taken care of within days of when we signed the contract gave us assurance that we were closing without waiting until the last moment.
